PREPARATION: Carefully prepare the nail by removing dead skin and loose cuticles on and around the nail plate. Lightly buff the nail with a soft buffing block to remove impurities and excess shine. Remove any moisture with alcohol to prepare the nail for gel application.
2. BASE: Apply a KOKOIST base gel to the natural nail and cure under a UV and/or LED lamp.
OPTIONAL: Apply two base coats, curing between each for better durability.
3. APPLICATION: Using the gel brush, apply your KOKOIST magnetic gel without curing it. Use the strong magnet to orient the magnetic particles as desired.
Once the design is to your liking, cure under a UV and/or LED lamp. OPTIONAL: Apply a second layer of magnetic gel and repeat step 3 to create more depth and relief.
4. FINISHING (TOP COAT): Apply KOKOIST Top Coat gel and cure under a UV and/or LED lamp.
NOTE: Except for transparent colors and glitter gels, KOKOIST color gels do not need to be mixed before use.
Applying the gel too thickly can result in an uneven surface or air bubbles, impairing proper curing. Store the product at room temperature and away from direct light after each use.
We recommend using a powerful lamp; otherwise, the gel may not cure thoroughly, which can cause lifting or chipping.
Follow the recommended curing times for each step. Ensure no gel comes into contact with the skin.
Applying gel to the cuticle or around the eponychium can cause lifting. Uncured gel on the skin can cause allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if itching, redness, or swelling occurs, and consult a doctor.
