Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post. An additional charge, according to the current tariff, is added with the Signature Confirmation (SI) option.
For Switzerland:

Orders are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment receipt by La Poste with a unique tracking number.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the address provided in your order is valid. If your order is sent to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in mailboxes.
The delivery confirmation from La Poste serves as proof. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipment is lost, stolen, or marked as abandoned by the post office.
We advise you to choose the signature confirmation delivery option.
For orders outside Switzerland, we are not responsible for import taxes; these are at your expense.
For France:
Indicative rates. Signature confirmation options are also available when choosing the delivery option. An additional fee is then added according to current tariffs.
