Nail Labo
Quality and safety
We are constantly researching and experimenting to develop products that meet the needs of nail technicians, with a focus on safety and quality.

Gel nail development - Kawaguchi Factory Nail Laboratory - ISO 22716 certified (cosmetic GMP)

The materials used by NailLabo were based on dental materials, but since human teeth and nails have completely different components and properties, they actually use many independently developed technologies for their nail materials.
Our unique techniques, the fruit of years of research, include:
- preventing the sedimentation of pigments and glitter;
- controlling polymerization temperature using only the gel components;
- improving the adhesion (and therefore the hold) of the gel to natural nails;
- and preventing pigment discoloration by adding certain substances.

These techniques are now protected by numerous patents. Nail Lab products do not require any mixing. This not only saves time, but also ensures uniform color intensity from start to finish and prevents the formation of air bubbles, for consistent quality. In other words, requiring mixing means that the manufacturer leaves the responsibility of maintaining quality to the user. Providing quality products without the need for mixing is a commitment we strive to uphold.
