How to Use
On Gel-X® tips:
Prepare the tip surface with Gel-X Prep®.
Apply an even coat of Prismatic Gel Color.
For Cat Eye and Flash Glitter shades: immediately pass the magnet around the perimeter of the nail to draw the particles towards the center.
Cure for 30 seconds.
Apply a second coat and repeat the magnet step if desired. Cure for 30 seconds.
Finish with a Builder Top Coat or a Non-Wipe Top Coat.
Cure for 30-60 seconds.
On natural nails:
Prep and cleanse with pH Bonder.
Apply a Non-Acidic Primer if desired.
Apply a thin, even layer of Gelcoat Base Coat.
Cure for 30 seconds.
Apply Prismatic Gel Color.
For Cat Eye and Flash Glitter shades: immediately pass the magnet around the perimeter of the nail after application, before curing.
Cure for 30 seconds.
Apply a second coat and repeat the magnet step if desired. Cure for 30 seconds.
Finish with a gelcoat top coat or a no-wipe gelcoat. Cure for 30-60 seconds.
Pro tip:
For a "moonbeam" effect, pass the magnet in a circular motion around the perimeter of the nail after each coat to draw the particles towards the center.
The more precise the movement, the more pronounced the halo effect. Apply Prismatic over a complementary color base for a deeper, more intense color change.
