It creates a translucent finish, as if veiled with a film of light. This powder offers a magnificent glow, different from that of the northern lights or mother-of-pearl.
To be used over a non-wipe top coat to set the powder, or if you only need to apply it to certain areas, use with the pre-mirror top coat.
Apply the powder with a small sponge, a silicone tool, or with your finger onto the nail with a previously cured non-wipe top coat.
Then remove excess powder with a brush.
Finish with a protective top coat.

Ideal for use on clear tips for a glass effect, or on a neutral color for a more intense glass effect.
The base color determines the background tone: a light base color results in a lighter tone, and with a dark base color (e.g., black) a much more intense result is obtained.
