This fine powder creates a metallic color that shines like a mirror.
Use over a no-wipe top coat to set the powder, or if you only need to apply it to specific areas, use it with the pre-mirror top coat.
Apply the powder with a small sponge, a silicone tool, or your finger on the nail after curing a no-wipe top coat.
Then remove excess powder with a brush.
Finish with a protective top coat.
