This fine powder creates a metallic color that shines like a mirror.
Use over a non-wipe top coat to fix the powder, or if you only need to create zones, use with the pre-mirror top coat
Apply the powder to the nail with a small sponge, a silicone tool, or your finger, over a previously cured non-wipe top coat.
Then remove excess powder with a brush.
Finish with a protective top coat.

The base color determines the background tone: a light base color gives a lighter tone, and with a dark base color (e.g., black) you get a more intense result.
