This fine powder creates a metallic color that shines like a mirror.
Use over a non-wipe top coat to fix the powder, or if only certain areas need to be done, use with the pre-mirror top coat
Apply the powder with a small sponge, a silicone tool, or with your finger on the nail over a previously cured non-wipe top coat.
Then remove excess powder with a brush.
Finish with a protective layer of top coat.

The base color determines the background tone: a light base color results in a lighter tone, and with a dark base color (e.g., black), a more intense result is achieved.
