This fine powder creates a metallic color that shines like a mirror.
Use over a no-wipe top coat to set the powder, or if you only need to create specific areas, use with the pre-mirror top coat.
Apply the powder with a small sponge, a silicone tool, or with your finger onto the nail over a pre-cured no-wipe top coat.
Then remove the excess powder with a brush.
Finish with a protective top coat.
